*Terms of Service for Billendar*

*1. Acceptance of Terms*

By downloading, installing, or using the Billendar mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

*2. Description of Service*

Billendar is a personal bill tracking application that helps you organize bills, track due dates, manage payment history, and monitor your financial obligations. The App does NOT connect to your bank accounts directly — all financial data is entered manually by you.

*3. User Accounts*

You must create an account with a valid email address to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

*4. Acceptable Use*

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, reverse engineer or decompile the App, or upload malicious code or interfere with the App's operation.

*5. Financial Information Disclaimer*

Billendar is a personal organization tool, not a financial advisory service. The App does not provide financial advice, does not connect to or access your actual bank accounts, and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.

*6. Intellectual Property*

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Lilypad Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

*7. Privacy*

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy at lilypadlabsapps.com/billendar-privacy-policy.

*8. Termination*

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings screen in the App.

*9. Disclaimer of Warranties*

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

*10. Limitation of Liability*

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

*11. Changes to Terms*

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

*12. Governing Law*

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
