*1. Introduction*

Billendar ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Billendar mobile application ("App").

*2. Information We Collect*

Information You Provide:
- Account information: Email address and password when you create an account
- Financial data: Bill names, amounts, due dates, recurrence schedules, payment status, and notes
- Bank account information: Account names, balances, and account types (manually entered by you — we do not connect to your actual bank)
- Income information: Income sources, amounts, pay dates, and recurrence schedules
- Bill categories: Custom categories you create including names, colors, and icons
- Transaction history: Payment records including amounts paid, dates, and payment methods

Information Collected Automatically:
- Usage data: App interactions and feature usage (via Supabase)
- Device information: Device type and operating system version for compatibility purposes

*3. How We Use Your Information*

We use your information solely to provide and operate the Billendar service, sync your data across devices, send bill payment reminders and notifications (only if you enable them), and allow you to delete your account and all associated data.

We do NOT sell your data to third parties, use your financial data for advertising, or share your data with third parties except as described below.

*4. Data Storage and Security*

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure storage (iOS Secure Enclave). All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

*5. Data Retention and Deletion*

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. When you delete your account, all your personal data including bills, accounts, income entries, and transaction history is permanently deleted from our servers.

*6. Push Notifications*

If you enable push notifications, we will send reminders about upcoming bill due dates. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings app.

*7. Children's Privacy*

Billendar is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

*8. Your Rights*

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data (all available within the App). To export your data, contact us at lilypadlabsio@gmail.com.

*9. Changes to This Policy*

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.
